First pick one of the role, your login name, and enter your password. Press submit login and you will be redirected to the introduction page after you have been identified. If this is the first time you visit this page, use the default password to login, you will be returned your full name. Press change password enter you new password in the new password fields showing, and then press save password, if successful you will be returned to the introduction page
